This was my senior capstone project for our client, Boston University's machine shop, the Engineering Product Innovation Center(EPIC). They requested a custom fixture for them to machine high volume parts in between highly variable student projects.

I worked with 4 other engineering students on this project. This project is the culmination of our engineering knowledge and experience, making use of mechanics in making force calculations for the fixture to withstand, CAD designing and machining to design and build the fixture, and data collecting and interpretation to document and analyze our testing results.

We delivered a working prototype and all the CAD drawings and instructions for them to build one.
